My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was superb, right at the heart of lively Chinatown with convenient access to the tram and a variety of Chinese eateries. However, the room I stayed in was overcrowded and lacked cleanliness. The service was friendly but faced challenges in identifying and resolving issues. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering a decent breakfast but lacking variety. The facilities overall were satisfactory.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right within the Chinese Shopping Centre and close to Eaton Center, CN Tower, and Ripley's Aquarium. The rooms, though initially appearing clean, needed improvement upon closer inspection, but they were large with a nice view. The service was accommodating and friendly overall, except on Friday and Saturday nights. The central location made it convenient for exploring Toronto Downtown and various attractions. The dining options were basic but suited our needs. The facilities were satisfactory, though some improvements could be made.

My stay at the hotel was incredible; the room was huge with a bonus spa, very comfortable bed, and quality bed linen. The good location was a plus, and the reasonably good breakfast included in the tariff was outstanding value for money. The rooms were very clean, making it even better.
